18 weeks Pregnant with a.....

BOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

At 15 weeks, we had another ultrasound and saw what looked like boy parts. Its pretty hard to miss, but, even though we were pretty certain the baby was a boy, we waited to announce to everyone until the BIG 18 week ultrasound, which was a couple days ago. I'll be honest, I secretly wanted a boy because they're just easier, Levi would have a boy playmate, and I liked the idea of Anaiya being the only girl. But, Anaiya was always asking for a sister, that I accepted the idea of the baby being a girl. So much so that when we found out that it was a boy, I was pretty shocked. I was also so terrified that Anaiya would have a fit when she found out. This was her last chance for a sister and my heart hurt for fear that hers would be broken once she realized that she was never going to have a sister. We planned the big reveal to the kids and although I was excited to tell them that they were getting a new sibling, I worried about my daughter's reaction .
We set up a scavenger hunt at a mall where we live. It was one of those small shopping center malls where the local Dollar Movie theatre is. We put clues around the mall leading up to their gift. They still didn't know that we were having a baby since I denied it every time they asked lol. I just kept saying that my belly was big because I was eating a lot of food! Their prize was  a bag with candy and baby stuff. The baby stuff was all blue. We captured the entire hunt and their reactions to the news on video and it was seriously soon fun and cute. First there were the kids excitement when they found out that we were getting a new baby! Then they had to guess if it was a boy or a girl. Surprisingly, Anaiya was COMPLETELY fine about the baby being a boy. She didn't even care. She screamed and jumped up and down over and over, shouting "Im getting a baby brother!!!" Tre was the one who was a little disappointed. I guess he really wanted another sister. But, he got over it really fast. They dug into their candy once the excitement wore off lol. It was such a special night. Our very first time with kids old enough to understand that we were having another baby. I had looked forward to telling them the moment I found out that I was pregnant. I actually cried lol
Levi didn't seem so enthused about having a new baby. Every time we asked him, he'd erupt in a full fit, and screamed "NOOOOOO NO BABY!"
LOL. He knows what babies are but i don't think that he understands that we're bringing one home in a few months lol. He will hopefully warm up  to the idea soon.

We have moved into our new house! I really like it. Its bigger than our old one so there is more space which we'll definitely need with four kiddos. We have been busy unpacking and everything is pretty much done. I have worked everyday getting everything into its right place. Im the type of person who can't stand when things are in disarray. It seriously messes me up lol. Like, if we go out of town, when we come back, I will unpack everything and put it up where it belongs right away lol. Im a bit anal, I think. Anyways, we have some stuff still left to do. But, I have already hung a few decorations and things, so its starting to feel like home. I will be happy when everything is done, and I can start preparing to cram it with baby stuff lol
Here he is:

I can't wait to hold him!
He is also nameless at the moment lol

How big is the peanut?    The size of an avocado

Total weight gain/loss?   16 lbs . 146 lbs

Maternity clothes?  Yep! But I have always hated maternity pants so I have been trying to mostly wear long shirt dresses with leggings to avoid having to wear the pants

Sleep? ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Im already so uncomfortable that sleeping has become bad. I have GERD and horrible indigestion so I cannot lay down . I have to sleep basically sitting up, or I will wake up feeling like my food is in my throat ready to come out if I so much as gag

Morning sickness?  Yep. Its not consistently bad or consistently good, but its definitely there. It comes at all different times. But, I can say that I do feel like Im controlling it pretty well. I havent thrown up at all. But, it makes eating horrible and since I have to eat every 1.5..well...its just  no fun

Best moment this week?  Watching the kids reaction to the ultrasound yesterday. They were shocked that there was a camera on mommy's belly that could show them the baby inside

Symptoms?  Exhaustion, morning sickness, tender boobs, fire nipples, round ligament pain, hip pain, insomnia, increased appetite but no appetite,

Labor signs?   No, but at around 3 months I started having Braxton Hicks. Already smh. I usually get them around 4.5 /5 months pregnant. I am a little surprised that they've come this early.

Belly button in or out?  In. pretty flat right now

Movement? Yep. Definitely feeling the little squish all over the place now. If I press into my belly, I can feel him on the outside with my hand
