I cannot believe that it is now time for me to have this baby!! What's crazy is I have like no signs of him coming other that me losing mucus plug over and over again the past couple months. But, since it regenerates itself, Im not really counting that. He has also dropped twice but still not really counting that since it was pretty early. I have Braxton Hicks and have recently started feeling real contractions but they aren't bad at all. Its crazy that I am this far along and have yet to even go to the hospital once for a false labor episode! I am shocked lol. I really expected that with this being my 5th delivery, Id have a hard time keeping this baby inside lol. Apparently, its gonna be the opposite. At my 36 week checkup, I was only 1 cm dilated and not even effaced!!!! Whhaaaaaaaa???????
I think this will be the first time that I actually make it to my due date lol. I only have a couple more weeks now since I'll be 38 weeks in a couple days. I feel a lot more prepared now than I did a couple weeks ago. All we need now is a car seat. Which we will hopefully get with this upcoming paycheck. Bags are packed, everything is washed, last minute items have been bought, except little randoms like nipple cream, etc.
I am finding some peace with him coming closer to my due date because that is when my in-laws had set to come down to help. My own parents can't come up until nearer Christmas time. So I had always just accepted that I will have no help if I had him early. But, now that I am getting closer to my due date, the idea of my in-laws being here to help those first couple weeks after delivery sounds pretty good to me. My main issue with me having him nearer my due date, (aside from the fact that it'll mean that I remain pregnant longer) is that my due date is also my birthday! Dec 17th. I don't want to have to share my bday lololol. Also, the 18th is Jarrett's bday. Waaaayyyyy too many emotions to deal with around this time already. Dont really want to have to deal with that every year. Plus this baby will always have his bday overshadowed by Christmas. I know what that feels like, smh....So I was kinda hoping he'd come around the beginning of December or end of November. Guess we'll see what happens. Either way I have two more weeks at the most before I'm holding him in my arms. I will be getting induced by 39 weeks if I havent had him. That'll be new since Ive never been induced before. Hopefully, it doesn't come to that!

How big is the peanut? The size of a large cantaloupe? ( I don't think that's accurate lol)
Total weight gain/loss? 35lbs (165)
Maternity clothes? Yep! I like to wear dresses for the most part because I don't like anything on or under my belly. During the week when Im out of the house I wear maternity pants usually..ugh. I hate them because I hate the stretchy part so tight on my belly But, usually resort to leggings and a tank top around the house.
Sleep? Its still annoying to sleep but I just sleep in my recliner on my back . I don't let the recliner recline too far back so that helps with the GERD, too. Ive been waking up to pee about 6 times every night, That is nooooo fun!
Morning sickness? Its gotten sooo much better within the last couple weeks. Im very surprised that it lasted this long. I still sometimes need to take the zofran at least every couple of days but I don't rely on it anymore, thankfully
Best moment this week? We went on a Babymoon and that was definitely nice being without the kids for about a day and half
Symptoms? Exhaustion, tender boobs, fire nipples, lower abdominal pain, hip pain, no appetite, swollen and pain in my whole pelvic area, braxton hicks, fat nose...some slight contractions as of late
Food cravings? SWEET TEA! Ice. (crushed) Soul FOOD
Food aversions? most foods don't really seem too appeal to me lately
Gender? BOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Labor signs? Dropping, lots bits of mucus plug. Increased Braxton Hicks. Slight contractions
Belly button in or out? In. pretty flat right now
Movement? Yep. Definitely feeling the little squish all over the place now. He is like an octopus. I can feel him all over...alllllllllll of the time! He never stops moving lol. He switches from side to side throughout the day too!
What I miss? Everything about not being pregnant lol
What I'm looking forward to? Giving Birth and meeting Brannon Micah
Also, I am looking forward to seeing how my maternity pics turned out
